Q: Will I be seen by a physician?
A: Depending on state regulations you will be treated by a physician or a nurse practitioner.  If you are not seen by a physcian, a state licensed physician will review your chart.
 
Q: What are your hours?
A: Depending on the location, our clinics' hours are typically Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. through 9 p.m.
 
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: No, however Roadside Medical gives all patients a receipt and encourage any patient to process it with their own insurance company.
 
Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: No. Walk-ins are welcome and treated in the order they arrive.
 
Q: Can you fill my prescription?
A: No. While we keep many routine medications in stock*, and dispense prescriptions to our patients, we are not a walk-in pharmacy. (*varies by state.)
 
Q: Can I bring my children in for an exam?
A: Yes. We treat children as young as 16 and they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
